Our Story
Established in 1999 by Purdue graduate Brian Gatewood, ShepCo commenced business primarily as a commercial painting company, working on small projects and with General Contractors.
As the business grew, more and more customers requested that ShepCo take on some of the prep work required prior to painting including repair work and drywall , together with wall covering , flooring and epoxy coatings. ShepCo began to hire and train more specialists to enable the company to better serve our valued clients.
ShepCo is now a full service facilities maintenance shop, offering a single point of management contact for a complete range of remodel, facilities and maintenance services.
Our experience and dedication leads to craftsmanship and high quality on all our projects. Each employee is dedicated to our core values: relationship-driven, integrity and excellence in all we do. Providing quality workmanship in a safe environment at a fair price is the way ShepCo chooses to do business.
